Return Policy
Our policy:
If the items arrive later than expected because of a delay in shipping (and there appears to be mold on the pizza crusts), you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. In order to be eligible, you must not dispose of the pizza crusts. We ask that you provide pictures for our records of the crusts showing the issues (mold, etc). You can send these pictures to woodgrilledpizzacrusts@yahoo.com. In the email, please also include which option you would like to choose: Full Refund or Full Replacement for the pizza crusts.
**Note: pizza crusts / flatbreads need to be frozen immediately upon arrival. If no delay occurs and you simply mishandled the items or were delayed in freezing the product, then you may not be eligible for a refund / replacement. We offer exceptions (such as discounts for re-orders) if you send us an email explaining your situation.
Delays in delivery occur very rarely, but if it happens to you we want to make sure that you are satisfied in our resolution option.
